:-) These days are short and few, the hot days of summer, they consist of swimming, biking,
being with family, and for me working on projects. My longest project this summer was earning money for my bike, which I did finally get yesterday. the guys at the bike shop gave me a different bike to ride while my fork was in connecticut it was a nice bike but the back end was carbon fibre and composite plastic, so it flexed a little, so was afraid to crank it too hard.
I did like the brakes and the shifters, which are the same as on my bike. anyway I rode that bike
the 3.5 miles to R&M while carrying the front tire to my bike in my hand. when I arrived I was like Yes, I completed my challenge, I do that alot make challenges for my self. I got there and with the help of some other "wrenches" we changed the oil in the oil cartridge and put it all back together and voi'la I finally have my bike I rode it home in the rain and to my surprise there were no more bumps on the sidewalk, either that or i could'nt feel them on that bike. Something else I am happy about is that I can do long wheelies on it, (thank goodness)once I got home I detailed the bike and waxed it, ate dinner and then finally watched the olympic BMX racing it was short and sweet. on tuesday night Grandpa kneller picked up me, jude, aidan, and ava and took us east to mahomet where jude stayed at aidans house and Me and grandpa worked on projects. we completed a copper arch consisting of 68 sweated copper joints and and got halfway through a wood side table , for more reference

Congratulations on getting your bike. Must however remind you that we discussed the legality of riding a bicycle on Illinois rodes without having both hands on the handlebars...... hmmmmm!
